Shipping policy

1. Order Processing (Handling Time)
We process and pack your order within 2 days after the order is placed. Our daily order cut-off time is 00:00 (Midnight) CET. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to ship.

2. Delivery Partner
All deliveries within Sweden are made via PostNord. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package has been shipped from our warehouse.

3. Delivery Time
Normal transit time with PostNord is 1–4 days from the date the package is dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by PostNord's own handling times. Total expected delivery time (including processing) is 3–6 working days.

4. Shipping Cost

• Orders over 499 SEK: Free Shipping

• Orders under 499 SEK: A flat shipping rate of 49 SEK applies.

5. Responsibility Upon Delivery
Our responsibility for the package ends when it has been handed over to PostNord. After this point, the risk of loss or damage passes to you as the customer. Always check the condition of the package upon receipt.
